Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Orders submitted through the website or over the phone agree to the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are subject to a 15% restocking fee; Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the preparations that have been made for the order.
- No refund will be given for an order cancelled after the arrangements have been blown up.

Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your balloon arrangement due to supply chain issues. Care will be taken to maintain the style, theme & color scheme of the arrangement.
Outdoor Decor
Since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather, WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTDOOR DECOR! We will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your decor, but despite our best efforts, most outdoor decor is subject to popping, oxidation/fogging, and/or movement caused from the wind. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.
We also CANNOT guarantee indoor decor that is within 40 feet of an outside door. The door opening and closing exposes the balloons to the outside elements, causing oxidation/fogging, popping or deflation of the balloons.
Inclement Weather Clause
BalloonZilla, LLC is not responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to deliver arrangements outdoors. This includes, but not limited to, strong winds, rain or snow storms.
Delivery window
We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, including weather, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control, however, we will always work hard to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
